Augur would be nothing without the help of its more than 50 volunteers. From CEO to First Reader, we all give our time to do more in speculative fiction. As a result, our team is community-first and compassion-minded. There are tasks that need doing, and deadlines that need to be met, but we lead with care and accommodation.

The Augur Literary Society is looking for a Graphic Designer who can help define, organize, and develop the Augur visual identity.
You'll be helping us show up across all of our programs — Augur Magazine, Tales & Feathers, Augur Press, AugurCon, our Workshops, and the Murmurstations podcast — with a consistent visual presence.
Reporting to the Brand Lead and partnering with the Social Media Manager, Chief Programming Officer, and Publisher, the Graphic Designer will:
Time commitment? An estimated 2-3 hours per week, flexible to your individual needs.
Full-time design experience is absolutely welcome here, but it definitely isn't required. What matters most is your eye, your enthusiasm, and your portfolio. Don't self-reject!
