STORE FAQ

When does my subscription start?

It depends on when you buy it! If you buy your subscription before the end of the month after the release of an issue, you will retroactively receive the most recent issue as your first. So, for example, you’ll receive Issue 1.1 of Augur Magazine if you purchase a subscription by the end of April 2018.

Otherwise, you’ll have to wait until the next release date! In 2023, our schedule is as follows:

Issue 6.1 - June 2023

Issue 6.2 - Winter 2023

After I place my order, when do I get my copy?

All of our orders are fulfilled manually! So while we’ll try to get you your copy as soon as possible, it won’t be as fast as an automated system. Please contact us if you don’t receive it within a week!

For subscriptions, please refer to “when does my subscription start”.

How will my issues be delivered?

We do all fulfillment through email! You’ll receive an email from us that includes a link to a downloadable PDF. Please note, however: emails from a new address might be sent to promotions or spam! So make sure to keep tabs on that! (See what we did there?)

What format will my issue be in?

For now, we deliver issues in PDF formats. In the future depending on volunteer hours, we hope to produce MOBI and EPUB versions as well, and will retroactively send those to subscribers.
